Simonetta’s kitchen is located in Casa Bellavista, a beautiful Bed & Breakfast near Cortona, in the heart of Tuscany. Here, Simonetta and Guido will welcome you by opening the doors of their home to know the lifestyle of a real Tuscan family.

We generate the electricity we need thanks to solar panels, we produce our water with a purification system, we recycle and compost waste because this is our idea of sustainable hospitality.

In her kitchen, Simonetta uses mostly organic products and raw materials from local producers, limits the washing of sheets and towels to three days a week and uses refillable bathroom products with environmental certification.
