My kitchen respects strictly the seasonality, with produce of the territory; I am very attentive to the flavors and traditional recipes passed from mother to daughter. I draw inspiration in the creation of the dishes strolling in the garden of vegetables and aromatic herbs next to my kitchen or reading ancient manuscripts of kitchen. In the proposal of my everyday dishes I make sure to master extra virgin olive oil produced from the plants of my garden as well as the basis of my dishes there are only very fresh vegetables. Every day I dedicate time to prepare bread and fresh pasta, rigorously handmade, as well as the cakes and baked goods for breakfast.
