OAT FLOUR BISCOTTI
- 250 gr. Oat flour
- 150 gr. Butter at room temperature
- 80 gr. Honey
- 100 gr. Dried figs
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- Peel of one orange
- One pinch of vanilla
- One pinch of salt
Put all the ingredients in a container and mix well. Work the dough very gently on a marble surface,
When it is all blended, wrap it in tin foil and let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
After the resting time is up, roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 3 mm and cut into your shape of choice.
Bake at 160° for 10 minutes
